Hand Picked Hotels' Wood Hall Hotel & Spa in Wetherby is seeking a Sales and Events Executive to turn enquiries into confirmed bookings and manage events from concept to handover to operations.

The role calls for a passionate hospitality professional with a proven sales track record, superb attention to detail and outstanding communication. You'll build lasting client relationships, coordinate weddings, corporate events and private dining in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales and events role, ideally within a luxury hotel or venue.
• A proven track record of converting enquiries into confirmed business.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence in using hotel systems, with Opera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform enquiries into confirmed bookings and guide events from initial conversation through to handover to operations.
• Lead planning for weddings, private dining, and milestone celebrations with tailored recommendations.
• Build warm, trusted relationships with clients and ensure service excellence and consistency.
• coordinate with operations to execute events with elegance and care.
