Job summary

Prospere Learning Trust is recruiting a part-time Lunchtime Organiser for Pioneer House High School. The role is Grade 2, 10 hours per week, term time only, with a starting salary of £6,030 (FTE £25,185). The post is available as soon as pre-employment checks are complete.

You will supervise pupils at lunchtime, support healthy eating and run lunchtime clubs, while liaising with staff and parents as part of our safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Develop good professional relationships with students and staff.
• Undertake lunchtime club activities (football, outdoor play, clubs).
• Assist at tables and support student food choices.
• Report serious incidents to senior staff.
• Take students with minor issues to first aid or provide comfort.
