Avanti Park School is seeking a part-time Midday Supervisor to support pupils during lunchtimes, supervising in the dining room and playground and promoting safe, respectful behaviour.

You will respond to accidents or safeguarding concerns, follow school policies, and help create a calm, positive lunchtime environment.

This role offers valuable experience with children, with DBS checks required and a supportive team, 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and form good relationships.
• Appropriate knowledge of first aid.
• Ensure health and safety of all pupils at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime in the dining room and playground.
• Encourage positive and cooperative behaviour.
• Promote child welfare in line with school policies.
• Monitor, report health and safety concerns to staff.
• Follow school policies and participate in relevant training.
