Job summary

Just Temps is seeking a Part Time Logistics Coordinator in Ipswich to provide essential support to the Logistics Manager for efficient transport operations. The role is Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:45am–5:15pm, offering hourly pay of £18–£20.23.

Working on a temporary basis, you will help manage fleets, ensure compliance, and deliver KPI reporting. The position requires experience in logistics coordination and strong administrative skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transport coordination, fleet administration or transport compliance is essential.
Strong administrative and reporting capabilities are required.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transport compliance requirements and vehicle maintenance scheduling is preferred.
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain fleet and maintenance schedules, including forward planning.
Maintain records for vehicle maintenance, MOTs, inspections and compliance documentation.
Support selection and management of agencies for drivers and casual labour.
Produce regular fleet and transport reports, including KPI reporting.
Liaise with external parties regarding vehicle incidents and operational matters.
