Job summary

WithYou is recruiting a Lived Experience Support Worker for our Cornwall-based Liskeard office. The role supports clients with drug and alcohol recovery, drawing on personal lived experience to engage and motivate service users.

The position is part-time (18.75 hours/week) with a salary of £27,250 per annum pro rata, including a £1,000 allowance. Closing date: 30 September 2026. Please submit CV and cover letter to [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience of drugs or alcohol and be willing to use it to help others.
• Relevant experience (voluntary or paid) in health and social care sector.
• Able to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to work in a team and also use your own initiative.
• Desirable: driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• 3 years of references and an enhanced DBS check will be required.
