Hampshire County Council is seeking a Library Team Manager to lead Hayling Island and Emsworth libraries. The role is on-site, part-time, and permanent, with a pro rata salary of £34,273 to £37,570 per year.

You will manage a large team of core staff and volunteers, driving growth and engagement across the service, and supporting all nine East-area libraries. The position offers varied leadership opportunities within a vibrant community hub.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing a library team.

• Knowledge of health and safety in library or similar environment.
• Ability to manage multiple libraries and project work.
