Job summary

World Courier in Swansea is recruiting an LGV 7.5T Driver (Class 3) for a part-time role, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:00-17:00. You will ensure fast, accurate deliveries of products and invoices while upholding safety, vehicle checks, and SOP compliance.

Applicants should hold CPC, tachograph experience, and a clean multi-drop background. The position requires strong communication, route planning, and a proactive customer care approach, with neat appearance and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• A full driving licence relevant to the vehicle being driven.
• Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) and tachograph experience.
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is highly desirable.
• Route planning experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude to customer care and service.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy.
• Conscientious with excellent attendance and time-keeping history.
• Prepared to do light manual handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assembled products and invoices to customers within guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean vehicle and report faults or delays promptly.
• Adhere to tachograph laws and ensure required rest breaks.
• Load/secure orders from dropsheets and verify against orders.
• Maintain good customer relations and professional appearance.
