Job summary

West Herts is seeking an enthusiastic Beauty Lecturer to join our successful Hair and Beauty team at Watford Campus. You’ll deliver engaging practical and theory lessons across VTCT Levels 1-3, helping learners develop the skills, confidence and professionalism needed for a successful career in beauty therapy.

The role requires a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and at least five years’ industry experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Passionate about supporting and motivating learners.
• Able to create engaging learning experiences and resources.
• Teaching experience desirable but not essential; support towards teaching qualifications provided.
• Assessor and/or IQA qualifications advantageous.
