Thornton College in Buckingham is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated staff team. The role is 17.25 hours per week across three days during term time, with supervision duties before and after school.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential) and a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of pupils, including DBS checks. The post offers supportive teamwork and opportunities to contribute to student development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Breakfast club, Lunchtime and After School activities.
• Support wellbeing and safety of children in their care.
• Inspire and challenge pupils to become independent learners.
