Job summary

Trent Vineyard in Nottingham seeks a Part-time Step Forward Housing & Employability Lead working 22.5 hours per week. You will oversee the Step Forward programmes, ensure vulnerable participants receive support and progression opportunities, and uphold safeguarding across activities.

You will develop partnerships with Hope Into Action, churches, prisons, and educational providers, coordinate referrals, and mentor volunteers to deliver impact, growth and community transformation.

Qualifications

• Christian faith and participation in Trent Vineyard
• Ability to build relationships with diverse groups
• Experience in coordinating programmes and safeguarding practices

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Step Forward Housing & Employability programmes
• Develop partnerships with employers, churches and community organisations
• Recruit, train and support volunteers
• Manage referrals and monitoring/reporting of outcomes
