Job summary

CVS Group UK is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Laboratory Administration team at the Harleston Laboratory. The role offers a 12 month fixed term maternity cover with 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday 9-5pm.

Core duties include processing newly received veterinary submissions via data entry and labeling, and handling client queries from partner labs and suppliers. Full training provided for those without prior lab experience.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using telephone systems and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Able to work under pressure and perform routine tasks reliably.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process Newly Received Veterinary Submissions – through Data Entry & labelling for our laboratory.
• Manage incoming Client Queries and Incoming Communication from partner laboratories and suppliers.
