You'll help with prep, cooking, plating and keeping the kitchen clean and stocked, collaborating with hotel staff to ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right and guests have a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; previous roles in supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants or retail are welcome.
• Reliable and team player.
• Willing to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right
