Job summary

Toby Carvery in Aintree is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen you can be proud of, with a passion for great food and training great people.

You’ll train and inspire Chefs, help with food ordering and stock control, and ensure the branded menu is executed while upholding health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Ability to manage food orders, prep and stock control.
• Familiar with working to a branded menu and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
