Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Perth is inviting applications for a Kitchen Team Leader at Harvester to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen you can be proud of, with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will train and inspire chefs, drive team performance to hit targets, help with food ordering, stock control, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards while working with a branded menu. Flexible shifts and staff discounts make this a great next step.

• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene standards.
