Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Northampton, NN4 5EZ, is hiring a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train a team, manage food preparation, and uphold brand standards across Harvester - Grange Park.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and maintain high performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed by the team.
