Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at Saint Fagans. You will support the Head Chef, train your team, and drive a kitchen to deliver great food while maintaining brand standards.

Join a pub-based group offering flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression within the Vintage Inns portfolio. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Previous kitchen team leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality dishes.
• Work with Head Chef to meet targets and maintain standards.
• Oversee food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to the branded menu and health regulations.
• Support with staff development and onboarding.
