Mitchells & Butler PLC in Sproughton is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen team to deliver great food and flawless service.

You will train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and safety standards are met while promoting our brand and guest satisfaction. This permanent, full-time role offers varied shifts and staff discounts.
