As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Mitre, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud

• Be driven to smash

  ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your

  team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
