Job summary

Mitchells & Butler's Toby Carvery in Macclesfield is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to manage the branded menu with passion for great food.

You will train and inspire your kitchen team, drive performance, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Commitment to health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
