Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Toby Carvery - Telford. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team, manage stock and orders, and ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene.

The role focuses on training great people and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression and personal development, including paid qualifications and a range of staff

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and menu execution.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
