Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at the Anchor Inn to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food.

You will train and lead a kitchen team, handle food prep, stock control and health and safety standards while contributing to a welcoming guest experience across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and managing a team.
• Strong food preparation and stock control skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and standards across service.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
• Foster a welcoming guest experience across all venues.
