Mitchells & Butler's is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for our Swan/Vintage Inns in Horning. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and champion great food with a branded menu. Enjoy flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities for progression as part of a supportive pub group.

You will train cooks, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure standards meet health and hygiene regulations while driving your team to achieve targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene standards.
