Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at The Red Lion Ember Inn in Coventry. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of and lead a team in delivering great food and training staff.

You will manage food ordering, stock, and compliance with health and hygiene standards while working with a branded menu and enjoying flexible shifts and employee perks such as discounts and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
