Sizzling Pub & Grill - Towers Inn is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will train and lead the kitchen team, manage stock and orders, and uphold quality across branded dishes.

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Smash targets with your team and maintain momentum.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency across dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
