Job summary

The Antelope Inn in Bangor is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train great people. You’ll help build a kitchen to be proud of and play a key role in delivering branded menus with high standards.

You’ll lead and inspire kitchen staff, assist with ordering and stock control, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while working within Mitchells & Butlers’ popular pub brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams
• Passion for great food and training people
• Ability to manage menus and costs

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
