Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Northern Ireland is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant for a part-time role, 20 hours per week, contracted to 33 weeks per year. You’ll join a team that takes pride in food, brand and people, with opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its staff.

Shifts are Mon-Fri (Day) and you’ll help prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, handle equipment safely and support deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Flexible to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food.
• Maintain kitchen and surrounding area cleanliness.
• Ensure safe use of all machinery and equipment.
• Assist with loading or unloading deliveries.
