Job summary

Beaumont Care Homes Limited is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Northern Ireland to join the kitchen team for 18.5 hours per week. You will assist the Cook Manager in preparing nutritious meals and maintaining high standards in the kitchen to support residents’ dining experience.

You will ensure cleanliness, follow dietary requirements, and build positive relationships with residents and staff while contributing to a friendly home environment.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare all meals within the home, paying consideration to special dietary requirements.
• Ensure the general cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area, equipment and appliances.
• Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and other visitors to the home.
• Regularly seek feedback from residents and staff in order to continually improve the level of service offered.
• Receive, check and safely store kitchen deliveries.
