Job summary

The Plough & Harrow, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Junior Sous Chef. You’ll run a kitchen section, supporting your team to deliver top-quality standards on every shift and help manage stock and ordering. This is a frontline leadership role with a focus on brand standards and great guest experiences.
