Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Administrator at EKC Sheppey college to provide essential administrative support for the Inclusive Learning department and colleagues. You will help with annual reviews for students with an Education Health Care Plan and liaise with the local Authority, ensuring timely, accurate data management.

The role requires strong IT skills, including Excel, and the ability to collate data quickly, maintain records, and contribute to safeguarding

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT including Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Experience handling administrative tasks to support learning and safeguarding.
• Ability to upload reports, manage records, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Inclusive Learning department.
• Collate data and prepare reports using IT systems.
• Assist with annual reviews for students with Educational Health Care Plans.
