EKC Sheppey college is seeking an Inclusive Learning Administrator to support the department’s administrative needs. You will work with the Head of Inclusive Learning to implement smart working practices and assist with annual reviews for students with EHCPs, liaising with the local Authority.
The role requires proficient IT skills (including Excel), data collation, and experience with financial documents and invoicing. Strong communication and record-keeping are essential.

As an Inclusive Learning Administrator, based at EKC Sheppey college you will need to provide effective administrative support service for the inclusive learning department. You will work collaboratively with the Head of Inclusive Learning to ensure administrative processes are informed by smart working practices so they can be the best they can be to meet the changing demands of a busy department. This will include supporting with annual reviews for students with an Educational Health Care Plan and liaising with the local Authority.
Salary: £26,398
Contract: Permanent
Hours per week: 22.5
Working Pattern:Wednesday 08:30-17:00. Remaining hours to be agreed with successful candidate.
