Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Humanities Teacher for an immediate basis in Bradford. The role covers History, Geography, and Religious Studies for Key Stages 3 and 4. You will deliver engaging lessons within a supportive framework, manage classrooms effectively, and assess progress to drive academic achievement.

The successful candidate will adapt to a flexible timetable and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive education within a warm school environment.

Qualifications

• QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
• A valid Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Provision of full, verifiable professional references covering the last 2 years.
• Valid legal entitlement to work full-time in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Monitor, record, and assess student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback.
• Establish and maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
• Attend parent evenings and prepare clear academic reports.
• Collaborate with Humanities colleagues to share best practices.
• Tailor learning strategies to support SEND and EAL pupils.
• Engage in INSET days and performance reviews to improve practice.
• Model the school values and code of conduct.
