Job summary

Actemium, part of VINCI Energies, seeks an experienced HR Manager (30 hours/week) to support our growing UK business. You will partner with leaders across business units to deliver people strategies and provide high-quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

You will advise on employee relations, organisational development, talent management and performance while fostering a positive, inclusive culture. CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience at Senior HR Advisor/Generalist level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and employee engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic HR advice to business leaders and management teams.
• Develop and deliver HR plans aligned with business objectives and the wider Actemium people strategy.
• Guide employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance processes.
• Coach managers to build confidence and consistency in people management.
• Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation activity.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and workforce planning activities.
• Implement performance management, rewards, recognition and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR data and identify trends to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR policies comply with UK employment law and company standards.
• Collaborate with payroll, recruitment, learning and development and central support functions.
