As they grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Consultant to join the team and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding services and strengthening their brand presence.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a lead role in evolving the HR service range, including Reward, Learning & Development, HR Audits, Outsourced support, and more.

There will be occasional travel, but the role is based from the Bristol office 2 days per week.

As HR Consultant, you will:

• Deliver a diverse portfolio of consulting projects, including:
• HR audits and development of HR strategies for clients
• Organizational Design, Change, and Reward
• Design and deliver training and development programs
• Provide ongoing HR support for SME clients
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to HR advisor
• Collaborate with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and Wellbeing experts to ensure successful project delivery, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate
• Attend networking events and HR forums
• Contribute to proposal writing and thought leadership content

What you may be:

• Proven experience in a HR role at Business Partner level or above, or in a client-facing HR consultancy role
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link HR solutions to business objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience in creating and delivering training/coaching to Managers and HR personnel
• Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable delivering workshops and webinars
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for HR innovation
