Job summary

Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a part-time, job-share Landlord Services Manager to lead housing management for tenants and leaseholders across Charnwood. Reporting to the Head of Landlord Services, you will manage senior officers and a Business Support Unit, driving performance, financial accountability and excellent customer care.

The post involves achieving the Council’s regulatory targets (C2 to C1) and delivering high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering housing management services to tenants and leaseholders.
• Ability to lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality housing services.
• Strong focus on customer care and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Landlord Services team to deliver housing management services.
• Manage Principal Officers for Tenancy & Income, Older Persons Services, and Customer Engagement.
• Drive forward plans to achieve regulatory grading goals (C2 to C1).
• Represent the service to stakeholders and ensure performance and governance.
