Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust in Gloucester is recruiting for a part-time Housekeeper/Catering Assistant at Wotton Lawn Hospital. This Band 2 role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–1pm, within the Estates & Facilities Team.

You will help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for patients, supporting catering and linen services across inpatient units. The post offers enhanced pay for weekends/bank holidays and free car parking, with full training

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cleaning and catering routines.
• Ability to follow Food Hygiene procedures and COSHH basics.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and relaxing environment for patients.
• Assist with catering and linen services across inpatient units.
• Collaborate with Facilities Team to meet service needs.
• Receive training to perform duties to Trust standards.
