Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain safe and welcoming environments for customers in their homes and communal areas. The role requires adherence to cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.

You will be responsible for using cleaning products correctly and ensuring a clean, pleasant space while following COSHH and data protection practices. A NVQ2 in customer service and prior cleaning experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2.
• Previous cleaning experience and knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of equipment (e.g. carpet cleaners).
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Health & safety in the workplace including COSHH

Responsibilities

• Ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in their home environment or communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning products are used effectively, with instructions and health and safety procedures followed at all times.
