Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with cleaning products safely.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment such as carpet cleaners.
• Understanding data protection and confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• COSHH health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in home or communal areas.
• Follow instructions and health and safety procedures for cleaning products.
• Maintain cleaning routines and ensure equipment used correctly (e.g., carpet cleaners).
