Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner to ensure communal and home environments are clean, safe and welcoming for residents. Reporting into the Business Manager, Location Manager or District Manager, the role focuses on safe product use, cleaning procedures and respect for privacy.

The successful candidate will have NVQ2 in Customer Service and be able to work well alone or as part of a team, with good organisation and communication skills. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Experience with cleaning products and safe handling.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment usage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in their home environment or communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning products are used safely with proper instructions and health and safety procedures followed.
