Job summary

Northcare Scotland is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for Northcare Residences Glasgow in Clarkston and Balmoral by Northcare in Giffnock. This part-time role involves keeping residents' rooms and communal areas clean and safe.

You will carry out laundry, follow infection control procedures, and work with the team to maintain high standards. Right to work in the UK required; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred but not essential.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, dependable and compassionate approach.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.

Care Home Housekeeper
Location: Northcare Residences Glasgow in Clarkston, and Balmoral by Northcare in Giffnock
Hours: Part Time, working 2 shifts per week
Salary: £13.45 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our friendly and supportive team in Northcare Residences in Clarkston. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residents' rooms, communal areas, and bathrooms.
• Carry out laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and storing clothing and linen.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
