About the Role

As a Housekeeper at The Barnstaple Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all hotel areas and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues thoroughly.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report concerns.
• Follow company policies on HASAWA, fire safety, legal requirements, and perform other tasks as needed.
• Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
