If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a safe and clean environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society, then join the team at The Woodmillas as a Part Time Housekeeper.

You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at The Woodmill, a service for women requiring rehabilitation to support them in returning to the community. Your responsibilities will include cleaning all areas of the service, such as wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.

Working closely with the maintenance team, you'll ensure all areas are spotless and deliver high-standard cleaning services.

All necessary training will be provided to help you start, and you'll join a dedicated team where you can make a positive impact and help change lives. There are also many courses available to support your career growth. Your working hours will be 16 hours per week, with shifts as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 7 pm (one week)
• Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 7 pm, plus 3 hours on Sunday (the following week)

As a Part Time Housekeeper, you will be:

• Maintaining security standards by following hospital policies and procedures.
• Being an active team member with responsibilities over daily operations.
• Maintaining professional telephone etiquette and greeting visitors appropriately.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
• Performing any other suitable tasks as requested.
• Attending mandatory training annually as required by Elysium Healthcare.

• Have previous cleaning experience in a similar environment.

Location: The Woodmill, Exeter Road, Cullompton, EX15 1EA

The Woodmill is a mental health service for women requiring rehabilitation to support their reintegration into the community, including conditions such as personality disorders, Autism, and related challenges. Working here offers a less restrictive environment for those transitioning from secure ward settings and supports active rehabilitation and community participation.
