Job summary

We are seeking General Assistants to join the BaxterStorey team in Inchinnan, United Kingdom. The role offers around 20 hours per week across 2–3 days, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.

No extensive catering experience required; full training provided and a friendly, reliable attitude is valued. You will work across different areas, assisting with food prep, serving customers, operating tills, stocking service areas and supporting the kitchen team as needed.

Qualifications

• Attitude matters more than prior catering experience.
• Friendly and confident when dealing with customers.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and setting up for service.
• Serve customers and provide friendly service.
• Operate tills and handle payments.
• Keep counters and service areas stocked and clean.
• Support kitchen and wider team as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the day.
• Assist with hospitality and events.
