Job summary

Mountbatten Hampshire is seeking a part-time Staff Nurse to join our hospice team, delivering patient-centred palliative and end-of-life care across a multidisciplinary environment. This 22.5 hour weekly role includes nights, lates, earlies, and weekends on a planned rota, with compassionate support for patients and families.

You must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and demonstrate commitment to CPD.

Qualifications

• You will be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
• Experience in palliative or end-of-life care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest standards of care to patients with life-limiting conditions.
• Lead on assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised patient-centred care.
• Support patients' families and carers with sensitive, empathetic communication.
