Job summary

B&Q Oxford is hiring a Customer Advisor on a permanent part-time basis (18 hours per week). The role involves helping customers, handling stock, and maintaining appealing displays. Training may include paint-mixing and timber-cutting. You’ll join a team that values friendly, proactive service and a positive store environment.

Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to develop in a busy home-improvement retailer.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing with a buzz from helping others.
• Willing to learn and adapt to home improvement projects.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and sales.
• Manage stock and set up displays to keep the store looking great.
• Learn paint-mixing and timber-cutting as part of training.
