Job summary

B&Q Kidderminster is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) to help customers with home improvement ideas, stock management, and store displays. You’ll deliver great service and learn paint-mixing and timber cutting when trained.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 5am–10pm, including evenings and bank holidays. Join a welcoming team, be flexible, and contribute to a store that values diversity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement.
• Friendly and outgoing, you enjoy helping others and thrive in a team.
• Willing to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert advisor and guide for customers.
• Drive sales and help manage stock and displays.
• Ensure the store looks great and learn paint-mixing & timber-cutting when trained.
