Job summary

B&Q Tamworth is seeking a Customer Advisor for a permanent part-time role, 15 hours per week. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a UK hourly rate of £13.10. This is a permanent, part-time position in-store.

As an expert advisor, you’ll help customers with home improvement ideas, guide projects, and support stock management, displays and store presentation. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be offered; excellent customer service is the core goal.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, with a buzz for helping others.
• Able to work in a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and assist customers with home improvement projects.
• Manage stock, set up displays and maintain store appearance.
