B&Q Southport is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will assist customers with home improvement needs, help manage stock, and keep displays tidy, with training offered in paint-mixing and timber cutting. You should be friendly, flexible, and able to work weekends and evenings.

The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a busy store environment, with a Notional hourly rate of £13.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to help customers.
• Willing to learn and use new technology.
• Able to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilités

• Help customers with home improvement needs and product recommendations.
• Assist with stock management and setting up displays.
