TeacherActive Ltd is partnering with a specialist SEND school in Bristol to recruit an experienced HLTA for a part-time, long-term role starting October 2026. You will work 3 days per week, leading learning activities, delivering targeted interventions and supporting pupils with Autism, SLD, PMLD and complex needs.

The role offers market-leading hourly rates (£15.50-£18), a temporary contract and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SEND in a specialist setting.
• Knowledge of Autism/ASD, SLD and PMLD and related needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead engaging learning activities for pupils.
• Deliver targeted interventions and support personalised milestones.
• Work with teachers and support staff to aid communication, confidence and independence.
