Job summary

Veritas Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming Primary School in Lancaster for a dedicated HLTA to support their Nursery Class. The role offers part-time hours, Thursday afternoons and Friday full days, during term-time only.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent, experience in Early Years or Primary, and a solid EYFS understanding, paired with excellent communication and a proactive, flexible approach to supporting young children.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HLTA or Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.

• Hours:
• Thursday afternoons
• Fridays (full day)

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Nursery team to provide high-quality learning experiences, support children's development, and help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Duties may include leading small groups, supporting planned activities, covering lessons where required, and contributing to children's progress and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• HLTA status or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience
• Previous experience working within an Early Years or Primary setting
