Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Administrator based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital in Aylesbury. The role focuses on delivering seamless administrative support to the retail operation, managing tasks with accuracy, and assisting with recruitment, hospitality bookings, and daily communications.

You will coordinate with the Retail Manager, handle DBS and Right to Work checks, and ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the retail operation, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Assist Retail Manager and Supervisors with meeting administration, including minute taking and maintaining records.
• Process and track Right to Work and DBS checks in line with procedures and deadlines.
• Support financial administration activities including cash banking, parking income reconciliation, and monthly safe audits with Finance Manager.
• Manage retail pricing, menu production, digital menu updates, labels, trackers, and EPOS/Clarity Live system updates.
• Produce and distribute reports, maintain notice boards and policy folders, and share daily trading information with stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment, learning and development, hospitality bookings, event coordination, and calendar management.
• Handle general office administration including filing, post management, phone and email enquiries, and ad hoc tasks.
